After you click on the demo for each exercise you'll see a link to add it to your Fitness Tracker... it adds five minutes and you'll have to adjust for what you actually do. There's also a link to add it to your favorites.

Hello. I haven't been here for several years but I'm back and getting things set up. Things have changed since I was last here. I'm trying to set up my fitness page and it used to be you could tell it what equipment you had and it would suggest exercises that you could pick from. Am I missing it of is it no longer an option?
