Yes. Exercise definitely keeps our bodies strong and running well. I eat well and exercise daily and am rarely sick. If I do get a cold, it's usually passes me by in a day or two.

Just a reminder as the flu season is crazy (at least where I live) that 30 minutes of daily exercise will boost your immunity by 10 percent. Nothing to sneeze about:)

My day is more than full, so my exercise will consist of HIC--or High intensity cleaning. That will involve running up and down the stairs putting things away, vacuuming, mopping and dustin in triple time!
