Muscle control is integral to every form of physical activity and involves both prime movers and antagonists. The more we can control the prime movers and exclude the antagonists the smoother the actions become. This is the exercise, lying supine (on your back) starting with the upper back contract those muscles to the exclusion of any other muscle groups. Then in order do the deltoids, pectoral muscles, lower back muscles, abdominals, quads, hamstrings, calves, anterior lower leg then the forearms, the biceps and the triceps. Hold each contraction for a count of 20 elephants. It may take some time and concentration to isolate each muscle group but it becomes a learned action over time. Have fun.
