Laura, it looks like you're doing well with your fitness especially the cycling. After all, anything we do to get us moving is a good thing. Hopefully, you'll be able to join us in the wonderful world of running someday.
I don't run, I have had so many knee surgeries I haven't ran or jumped since I was 12 years old. I also hadn't rode a bike since that age but this past year I FINALLY was able to ride a bike. Now, I am riding anywhere between 45-60 minutes at a time.
I bow down to those who can jog or run. I hope to some day.
