Run 6 miles outside if the weather holds up, if not, run 7 miles on the treadmill.

Today is not a cardio day for me, so I am going bowling with my sons and later doing an arm routine with light weights. I am obsessed with my arms now that I am seeing results! Dips are my all time favorite exercise because you can do them anywhere!!!! :) Now I don't hate waiting in a doctor's office or whatever, because I can do dips while I wait!

I am waiting to hear if I have a sitter first. I plan on doing 30 minutes cardio on the bike. Then arms and leg weight training.

Take the big dog for a six mile bike ride then take the little dog for an hour long walk.

Since the sun is hiding...again...I'm going to do an hour of cardio on the elliptical. I believe there is volleyball at a church nearby tonight, so I'm going to check that out. Hopefully there is because I'm looking forward to it!

Today I will doing doing a Cathe Friedrich DVD- one from her latest series 4 Day Split called Lower Intensity Step. It's 30 minutes of step aerobics then 30 minutes of shoulder, calf and core strength work. I'll also be rearranging furniture in a bedroom tonight and that's sure to burn up a few calories. emoticon

The ultimate goal should be doing your best...and enjoying it.
