I'm going to try my stationary bike. If my legs still aren't strong enough then I'll hit the treadmill again.

I didn't put weight on overnight and it won't come off overnight either.

Cardio warm up on elliptical for 10 minutes then strength training. I will attend a 45 minute spinning class followed by 15 minutes of stretching after.

If the weather cooperates, I want to try and get in a 5 mile run.

A Few Rules of Running from Mark Remy:

1. You rarely regret the runs you do; you almost always regret the runs you skip.

2. Not everyone who looks fast really is, and not everyone who looks slow really is.

3. Running any given route in the rain makes you feel 50 percent more hard-core than covering the same route on a sunny day.

4. If you care even a little about being called a jogger versus a runner, you're a runner.

I am snowed in, we got about 15 in yesterday, so I'll be working our inside today

Think I will do 10 min up & down stairs
15 min on stability ball (I like that)
then do my pilates dvd
who knows, may add in some weights before the day is over, just got to move it and move it.emoticon

Can somebody tell what day the week starts? I started last friday but according to my weekly calories burned total it looks like it reset on a Tuesday? Is that the day for all? Tuesday to Monday?

I am going to do 1/2 hour of strength training, followed by an Aerobics dvd. Then, in a few hours, I am going to treat myself to a walk OUTSIDE! (That hasn't happened since early December. Way too cold and icy.)

I am going to try to fit in a 1 mile WATP walk this morning on a break from work.


Late this afternoon & this evening:

I am planning to do about 45 - 50 minutes on the treadmill (walking jogging).

Then I plan to do a video - probably phase I of Slim in 6 or something similar - about 25 min.
