I had my 8am aerobics class today. We did this weird new cardio workout called floor fusion or something. We did it in bare feet! It was a combination of squats and lunges for the whole duration of the class. But we were able to use our arms to help push ourselves up from the squat or lunge providing an arm workout as well. It was interesting... My butt is already sore!
