Feeling very, very, very tired today. Sluggish, ugh. I've gone to the gym 6 out of the last 7 days. My only day off was Friday, and I'm thinking that I might skip today to rest. On top of that, my shin splints have been HORR-I-BLE the past few days, too.

I feel lazy, but I think I might need it. emoticon

Missed my am run due to my infant being up twice last night. So tonight while my eldest is at swim class, I plan to do 30 minutes stairmaster (since that's the only time I've got!)
Bring on the sweat!

It's easy to say you're too tired, too stressed, too busy, too this or too that. Too bad. The only way you'll strip away the fat is to start by stripping away the excuses.

I worked out 6 days and that is major progress for me. My plan of action today is to keep it low key with a 10 min Spark boot camp workout and house and yard work.

Incredible as it seems ~ my life is based on a true story.

Going to map out a walk to do, 4 mile loop, and doing Level 1 Day 4 of the 30 Day Shred. Maybe a little Wii Fit Plus, too.

Edit: It's 50 and EXTREMELY WINDY. No 4 mile walk today. Just the 1 mile walk to the bank. Still doing the Shred and Wii though.
