I will do at least 30 minutes on the elliptical tonight after work and will try to get in a small amount of ST and maybe an extra 10-15 minutes rebounding if my knees are hurting too badly after the elliptical.

Today should be my 21st day fot he 30 day slim down. I had to take a day off yesterday because I was having some issues with my right knee. I have really bad knees in general so I've become a genius at listening to my body! So today I'll go back and do day 20 which is ripped in 30 level 4 and 6 week 6 pack level 2. If ripped in 30 is enough for my knee then I'll add the 6 week 6 pack to my workout tomorrow. We'll see!

My exercise plan for today was to walk 1 km - I walked 1.7. I also wanted to do some stationary bike - managed to do 10 min - 2.3 km.

I did the Sexy Pain Train workout (12 min)...

After the workout I did 15 min interval skipping.

10 seconds to get ready

1) 30 secondsd of – Sumo High Knees

10 seconds rest

2) 30 secondsd of - Reptile On The Run

10 seconds rest

3) 30 secondsd of - One Leg Squat (Squat down on one leg, switch the legs in the bottom position and stand up on the other leg)

10 seconds rest

4) 30 secondsd of - Push Up and Knee Tuck

10 seconds rest

5) 30 secondsd of - Forward/Backward Jump and Touch Down

10 seconds rest

6) 30 secondsd of - Oblique Burpee

YOU WILL REPEAT THIS CIRCUIT 3 TIMES = 18 rounds = 12 minutes total.
