Todays plan is the last Supreme90 DVD. I think it's Chest, Biceps & Triceps. Since we've made it to the end of the first rotation, husband & I are going to reward ourselves by purchasing exercise balls so we don't have to modify the workouts. Woo! Hoo!

Today is my day of rest! My muscles are so sore from my 5 hours of snowboarding on Sunday! Monday, just my lower body was sore, so instead of resting, I did upper body strength training...........now I'm just sore all over! Hopefully taking the day off will heal my muscles enough to jump back into my Cardio plan for the rest of the week!

3.18 mile walk, lower body workout(s) consisting of 10 Spark videos, resistance band, stability ball, dumbbells and just plain body weight, and 5 or so of my own exercises. Oh, yea, two cardio videos, too.
