Every Tuesday I eat an early lunch, walk to the gym and do 30 mins cardio, then walk to the little gym and do an hour's PT with the lovely Dani. She weighs me each week, a great motivator - I think (hope) she will find I've lost another pound this week. She also measures my waist, BMI, and Body Fat. I'm very lucky to have someone who is on my side, but acts as an independent witness to my weight loss.

There are 10 types of people in the world: those who understand binary, and those who don't.

You can take the girl out of London, but - thank goodness - you can't take London out of the girl.

Original plan was to do my PT's challenge for the day & Yoga X. Ended up running for a warm up, did my PT's challenge workout, weight lifting (upper body/core focus) and yoga. Just felt great and didn't want to quit!!
