After I get two bikes in to the bike shop, I will switch out the tires, then fix the brakes on my old new bike, then hopefully go on a bike ride at the trail. Yay!

Lunch lifting:
Standing Bicep Cable curls: Reps: 40,30,20,1010
Superset with Standing barbell curls: Reps: 10,10,20,30,40
and Tricep
Standing Overhead Tricep Extensions on Cable cross
Reps: 40,20,20,10,10
Superset with Barbell skullcrushers
Reps: 10,10,20,30,40
Then late evening jog but just about 3 miles.

I plan to do my Z Go-Go dvd which is Zumba to Go-Go music. It's 60 minutes. I'll probably use my 3lb hula hoop also.

If I can make it to the gym this afternoon, I'll do 45 min of cardio and a 45 minute strength circuit. If I don't, I plan to take a walk with my dog tonight (we average 4-5 miles on our walks)

Already done- wake up at 5:30 and hit the gym. Swam laps for 40 minutes.
