my daily log on what food I eat and what I drink. I cant control what my body does with it but I can control what I eat and drink. I found it not helpful to worry about anything I can not directly control

1 - How I feel. Do I feel better today after eating better and exercising? 2 - Do I have more energy? 3 - Am I sleeping better? 4 - Do I feel happier and more patient? 5 - Am I having more fun in general? 6 - Do I feel like I have accomplished something for today?
I try to check in everyday with myself otherwise I have the ability shut down and ignore until one day I look up and I have gone completely off the tracks and then I decide to start all over again. I am glad that I can start all over again every day.
