I am struggling to drink 8 glasses of water a day. I have a good morning routine of hot water and lemon when I first get up, but that's about it. I will pull out a refillable water bottle, do some measurements to figure out how many refills I need to reach 8 glasses in a day. I will try and keep the water bottle by my side. Where I go, it goes.
