I used to drink sweet tea and every day. But then, I learned in nursing nutrition class that one 12oz can of soda per day will put 30 lbs on you in one year. I used to drink Dr. Pepper - 3 times a day. Once I stopped drinking soda and sweet tea, I lost 60 lbs. I don't wanna find it again!
I started with Propel flavored water. Now I drink Spring Four 16.9oz bottles per day. Sometimes more if I'm outside on hot day or I sing a lot.
