I'm in the same boat, Karla. Hoping I have what it takes this time to stay motivated and "small steps" sounds like a good idea. My fast break goals are 10 fitness, 8 glasses/water per day, and reading a daily motivational quote. Best of luck to you, me, and everyone on the board! Nancy

So have I. It is so easy for me to get discouraged when something becomes too regimented. I find it very hard to follow a strict diet. Cutting back on what I eat seems to help me more.

Me too! I've lost count of how many times I have used this program and others, only to gain it back and feel defeated.

I've restarted/reset several times and I do really well and go gung ho for a short time then I get bored, get tired of getting on the computer/phone to track, miss a few days then give up. I am going to try starting slow this time to see if that works. Fast break goals are: 10 fitness, 2 fruits/vegetables daily, write in journal. Wish me luck.
