4 egg whites with spinach. 1/2 cup dry oatmeal ( i then cooked it with water), cinnamon, and 1 tsp of brown sugar. 1 cup skim milk.:) its good!

I also like the kashi GoLean cereal. I forget the type but it has 13 grams of protein, 140 calories, 10 grams of fiber, and is low in sugar. Its really good and fills me up. I top it with 1 cup of fruit and 1 cup skim milk!

I usually have hard boiled eggs in the fridge waiting to use. I love yogurt as well but tend to take it with me to eat at work.

My thing lately has been a Better Start English Muffin (100 calories and delicious!) an egg or a serving of egg beaters, and a piece of fruit or a yogurt. Very filling and low calories!

6-oz Yoplait Light Cherry Yogurt
½ cup strawberries
1 cup 1% milk
1 cup multi-grain cheerios
and splurged and had about 12 ounces of hot chocolate from RaceTrac.

1 serving of All-Bran cereal (the little dots that look like Grape Nuts) and nonfat milk

Good for fiber but I'm finding I need my snack soon after. I think I need to be getting up earlier and making an egg instead! I'm missing the cup of tea I used to drink daily, but I am having trouble adjusting to having it without sugar and with lowfat instead of 1% milk, so I've been skipping it. :(
