4 egg whites with spinach. 1/2 cup dry oatmeal ( i then cooked it with water), cinnamon, and 1 tsp of brown sugar. 1 cup skim milk.:) its good!
I also like the kashi GoLean cereal. I forget the type but it has 13 grams of protein, 140 calories, 10 grams of fiber, and is low in sugar. Its really good and fills me up. I top it with 1 cup of fruit and 1 cup skim milk!
1 serving of All-Bran cereal (the little dots that look like Grape Nuts) and nonfat milk
Good for fiber but I'm finding I need my snack soon after. I think I need to be getting up earlier and making an egg instead! I'm missing the cup of tea I used to drink daily, but I am having trouble adjusting to having it without sugar and with lowfat instead of 1% milk, so I've been skipping it. :(
