I totally forgot to eat breakfast today, so I stopped by starbucks for a latte (non-fat of course). I also grabbed a large water (3 cup bottle), I've refilled it twice now! This is the most water I've had in one day, ever!

This sounds really weird, but I combine some cooked quinoa and raw oats, topped with raisins, almonds, and flaxseed meal and pour almond milk over it. It's like a cereal-parfait thing. I don't know why I like it so much, but I'm glad I do - it's got plenty of fiber and protein, which is how I like to start my day :D

I went out to breakfast today, so I had a breakfast taco. Not the best/healthiest, but I was proud of myself for stopping after only one. I used to eat 2-3 easily without giving it a second thought!

This morning I had an egg white omelet with spinach & cheese, boca sausage links and an english muffin with apple butter. I freeze a couple of omelets ahead of time so there’s no excuse not to eat healthy in the morning.
