This is going to sound weird, but there is a reason for what I ate. We have had snow/ice here in my area and all I can think of is losing power and losing the ton of food I have recently bought.
As a result of that, I'm eating whatever is most expensive for all my meals (within my calorie range of course and trying to eat with balance) in case that happens, which knock on wood hasn't yet and hopefully won't.
Therefore, I had chicken sausage on a whole wheat hot dog bun, black coffee, and plan to have some Greek yogurt (of which I have tons of in my fridge and you know how expensive that stuff is, I probably have about $25 worth of just that) and almonds.

Two egg muffins and orange juice. Egg muffins are jsut muffins made from egg (well today I use egg beaters). Then you add any ingredients to it that you like. I had chopped spinach, onions, red peppers, green peppers and a little bit of cheese in mine. Mix everything in a bowl, add seasonings to your liken and bake in muffin tins. Very filling and very tasty.
