A green smoothie (banana, blueberry, flaxseed, raw cacao powder, hemp milk, baby spinach). Very yummy! Uh, a honeycrisp apple, and 1/2 oz. of raw almonds.

Porridge - Using 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 1 sliced banana, 1/2 cup of skim milk & 1 cup of water. I soaked the mixture over-night in the fridge, before cooking.
After cooking, I added approx 100gms of low-fat natural-set yoghurt & 1 Tb of chopped peanuts.

A homemade high-protein muffin... for 12c muffins i had 1/2 cup of Peanut butter, and 1/2 a up of pureed white beans, in with flour etc.. at under 170 calories, and coffee lol
