I had porridge, cooked with 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 1 cup of skim milk & 1 cup of water. After cooking, I stirred in 1 Tb of smooth peanut butter & a Tb of natural bran.

I attempted "overnight oatmeal" last night, but I used too much liquid I think. Also, I tried to do my favorite oatmeal combo: 1/2 sliced banana and peanut butter, but this obviously wasn't the best for the overnight oatmeal.
I plan to try a different combo tonight (vanilla extract, cinnamon, raisins, and a water/milk combination) and see if it turns out any better... it was a little strange eating the oatmeal cold, as well; I may nuke it in the microwave a bit next time.
