Subway 6 inch flatbread with egg white, pepper jack cheese, & bacon. Added some 'penos, olives and green peppers with just a smidge of southwest sauce.

So yummy!!

Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels.

My breakfast is usually a smoothie. This morning I made a smoothie with:

3/4 cup grated carrots
1/2 a navel orange
3 oz. of nonfat plain yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein whey
2 oz. water

= Roughly 200 calories and 20 grams of protein.

Well this will SOUND BAD til i explain it, but "HONEY COMBS" now my REASON For this, is that I am allergic to LIFE !!! And one of those things is wheat and I wanted cereal and MOST cereals have WHEAT so I am strictly LIMITED on what it is I CAN HAVE ! But I wanted something easy, quick, tasty, and cold. so this was my choice.

Also because it has NO WHEAT in it,,,, it'll last me ALL AM as it ALWAYS DOES for a FULL Serving of a cup and 1/2,,,which is ALOT compared to MOST cerceals. The cals where under 150 (Sorry can't member what ) and with only 1/3 cup of 1% milk,,,,,I am WOOOHOOOing it ! Ive been doing this for quite awhile and for ME PERSONALLY it REALLY WORKS ! Do I RECOMMEND SURGARY Cereals for others? NO!!! The sugar may take them on a BINGE ,. but for me it does NOT !. :) HAPPY THURS !

I will be having coffee, 1 whole egg and 1 egg white made into a omlete with mozzereall cheese. Banana for snack at work in the morning.

On Thursdays, I do an early morning grocery shopping visit & indulge in somethng sweet from a bakery. Today's choice was a small pineapple tart

Tomorrow, I'll go back to my usual porridge.
I've stocked up on a variety of nuts (almonds, peanuts, walnuts) and fruit (green pears, red delicious apples, strawberries) so I've got some tasty breakfast meals planned.
