1/2 cup of egg whites (which take 1 minute in the microwave to scramble themselves!), a brown rice rice cake, tea. Sometimes 1/2 cup of cereal with 1/2 cup of milk. Occasionally, 2 strawberries cut up in the cereal. Occasionally, a banana.

I had a scoop of tuna salad and an ounce of swiss cheese. Not doing the low-carb thing, but I've been trying to up my protein in the mornings, and it's really making me feel good. I find that I feel much more full until lunch when I have a high-protein breakfast.
