Mashed up silken toufu in tuna with a lil mayo. Realised toufu helps to give the creamy texture and it's great! Then I wrap them in a wholemeal wrap. Yums.

I was a donuts & pastry breakfast eater for years, but now I'm hooked on those Isagenix shakes for breakfast. Did the 30 day cleanse... it was ok, no amazing results as promised, but it did break me of my bad breakfast eating habits. Now I maintain drinking the shakes for breakfast and it keeps me pretty full for the whole morning. Easy & out the door in no time at all! emoticon

I had Special K cereal--I'm not a big fan of the chocolatey delight flavor, so I've been mixing 1/2 cup of that with 1/2 cup of the red berries flavor. Also, coffee. Soon, yogurt. :-)
