4 oz of salmon, 1 cup of broccoli, 1 cup zucchini, low sodium V-8, coffee with sugar free nondairy creamer, got up late and I find lunch and dinner item sounds better in the morning.

Canned wild salmon, drained and mixed with egg whites and a little bit of Hellman's canola mayonnaise. Smeared into pita bread. Added a slice of fat-free cheese to each pita pocket 'half'.' Very filling. A couple big cups of hot black coffee.
