I threw half a mango, half a banana, 1/4 lime, 1/3 of a cucumber (peeled), a small chunk of ginger root, handful of spinach, handful of radish greens, 8 frozen strawberries, sprigs of parsley, splash of pure cranberry juice, golden flax seeds, raw honey and a drizzle of olive oil into a blender and made a smoothie. With a side of two eggs.

This morning I had a sauge egg and cheese biscuit. It's always so hard for me for breakfast because I don't really like eggs. I think maybe I need to start looking at protein shakes or something like that. I'ts a grocery weekend so some ideas would be great!

I'm not sure if this would even come close to being a "healthy" breakfast. I had Greek Corner (Blueberry) Yogurt and Lunchable Snack Duo (1) turkey and mozzarella. Roughly 280 calories all together.
