Definitely not healthy today! Our church has a breakfast for raising funds once a month so I had eggs, sausage, home fries and French toast casserole. At least I didn't eat it all! And I skipped lunch because I was really stuffed.

same as always: a smoothie made of 1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt, half of a banana, 1tbsp almond butter, 1/2 cup Trop 50 orange juice, and 1tbsp chia seeds... keeps me full until lunch and sometimes I'm not even hungry when lunch rolls around

We went out to eat at the restaurant with friends. Today I had a ham and cheese omelete made with egg beaters and light on the cheese with homemade Mexican salsa, 4 slices of tomatoes, and coffee as well as water
