I had southwestern egg beaters which has only half the calories than shell eggs. They are delicious and are going to become a staple in my life. I can bring a carton to work and just pour and microwave. Keeps you full too just like shell eggs. Tried a side salad yesterday from McDonald's dollar menu...only 20 calories and enough to keep me going for quite some time...I think I have found some good things to eat everyday and now I keep my gym bag in trunk of car so I have no excuse to not stop at gym since I pass it everyday on ride home. Need to keep on track and start using my membership that I'm paying for and expires in February so time to up my game!!!!! emoticon
