I make oatmeal with skimmed milk and flavor it with a little honey and cinnamon. I have been eating it with fresh peach and a few chopped walnuts.

I found a new recipe that I decided to try. It's called Cinnamon-scented breakfast quinoa. I didn't have any cinnamon sticks so I used 1 tsp. of ground cinnamon instead and it turned out delicious. To serve it I put in some chopped walnuts, a few raisins, a bit of real maple syrup, and unsweetened vanilla almond milk. It was sooooo yummy. Plan to have it again tomorrow morning as I made a full batch of quinoa.
