Jennywren93- me, too! Allergy-ridden weird eater here also. I do better on simple meals with a small number of foods, although I know by now which foods don't bother me at all so I don't eat so many one-food and two-food meals now.

My second breakfast was:
1 medium apple
4 four-inch celery strips
4 medium strawberries
1/8 cup Spanish peanuts roasted/salted

All blended with 8oz cold water in a Vitamix. Ended up with more than two glasses full (drunk in installments). Brought total calories for the day so far up to 487 calories (almost 1/3 of what I need, so this is still breakfast), 20.5g protein total so far. Probably should have used less water or two apples... Am still experimenting with the Vitamix, got a small refurbished one to jumpstart my actually using it again after too long a hiatus. I digest a lot of raw foods so much better when they are broken down in the blender, especially skins and seeds and anything hard, I've become such a wimp. My 1980s refurbished 3600+ model is "still ticking" but less powerful and much less convenient in my limited space than the new ones.

Well, since I'm reading spark at breakfast:

11oz soy milk cappuccino flavor
3 rice/corn/quinoa thins (like rice cakes but much thinner)
3 tsp pistachio butter (raw pistachios, olive oil)

Tracker claims 295 calories, 15.5g protein, 36g carbohydrate, 12g fat, 6g fiber. That should get me through proofreading the current job.

At my next work break, might whiz up an apple plus some peanuts plus whatever other veg/fruit sounds good in a Vitamix, to see how it compares to the taste of peanut butter spread on apple slices....

I work just a few yards away from my kitchen, obviously.
