I try to always eat breakfast it just might not be within a half an hour of waking (which is what they recommend). Most days I have two whole eggs scrambled with onion, coffee and cream.

I almost always star my day with either old fashioned oats with added protein powder , milk and a banana.....or special K plus ( the one with protein), a banana and milk. I am a creature of habit.

A cup of plain oatmeal with a little bit of 1 % milk mixed in and some cinnamon and brown sugar (just a couple tsps.). Oh, and coffee of course!
