I had my one vice my cup of coffee with 2 scrambled eggs and my Dr. Natura Fibre Mix (Colon Cleansing product I'm using right now). I read yesterday about Leptin and how it affects weight and metabolism. I am going to try to have 6 hours between eating for the next while and see if it makes a difference in my weight loss. I seem to be stuck. I feel better now that I'm tracking my food and my calories are right in line with what they should be but still I'm not losing much. I have bursitus in my hip so that limits my physical activity. Any ideas to push my plateau.
Yes, i ate 1 packet of Quaker instant oatmeal (Original flavor) with 1 packet of Hostess mini-blueberry muffins mixed up in it. I also had my religeous dose of coffee with creamer too. "Very satisfying!"
