I'm upping my caloric intake this week so I had for lunch:

3/4 cup of oatmeal made with skim milk
1 Medium sliced Banana
1/4 cup of chopped pecans.

Needed some comfort food to fill up my tummy.

Tilapia with a low-fat cheese topping, a broccoli/cheese casserole (1/2 cup), an orange, and a small slice of no-fat low-cal pseudo-cheesecake dessert.

All under 475 calories. It was really good. :)
