I hade a sandwhich made with a village hearth slender round bun, red leaf lettuce, cucumber, green bell pepper and 1.5 tablespoons of ranch dressing. I also had a half cup of canned peaches in light syrup and a glass of water.

Buffalo chicken pizza and some cucumber slices

(I made the pizza by using a pita for the crust and then poached the chicken, chopping it, and adding hot sauce. After that I put a wedge of Laughing Cow light swiss on the pita, added the chicken, cut up some scallions, and sprinkled it with shredded mozzarella and a little more hot sauce. Then I put it on a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray and popped it in the oven for 10 minutes.)

Multi Grain Nut Pancakes with soft scramble eggs and turkey pattie along with water and hot green tea.

If you go by the way side on an eating bing, just get up and start again. I always say I will be on a diet for the rest of my life because I love food. But since Spark People I can eat the right foods and not get out of control. Keep up the good work no matter what people say about you. Love yourself. Do it for yourself and no one else. This keep me going.

so disapointed -

brought lettuce in the office yesterday - fridge must be set to high - froze the lettuce and my carrots. It's nasty. Wow....my day is going great. UGHH!

An amazing fresh salad with red and green peppers, green onions, mushrooms, chicken, pecans, mandarin oranges, spinach and other greens, carrots,cranberries and low fat raspberry dressing - I plan to go back and order it again tomorrow. It is at a place that I can walk to from work so I get my pedometer steps in as well - Woo Hoo!

I've been on a tuna melt kick lately - 1 can tuna, drained, with 1 TBS FF mayo and 1 TBS relish and a little pepper on a toasted bagel thin with a slice of FF american cheese, heated and then I add a bunch of sliced cucumbers and tomato. Delicious, only about 300 calories and super filling!

Whole grain Pita with grilled chicken with some ranch seasoning, fresh red, orange and yellow peppers, mushrooms, diced cherry tomato and spinach with a dab of hummus. Oh and a tangerine. Around 250 cals and I'm stuffed!
