A morning star veggie burger w/ slice of American cheese, some salad greens and a slice of tomato with a thin layer of lite mayo and ketchup on a sandwich thin, a 90 cal Special K bar and a glass of Coke Zero.

homemade black bean, corn & turkey chili (1cup), Dannon light & fit strawberry cheesecake yogurt, and 1 cup of green seedless grapes with 16 oz water!! 360 cal, 76 carbs, 6 fat, 21 protein...so overall not too bad.

I made a smoothie with frozen blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and cherries, blended with half of a perfectly ripe avocado and coconut water with pulp. Low in calories, HIGH in nutrients, and oh so delicious!

Veggie wrap with a bunch of baby spinach, sliced tomato and cucumber with some ranch dressing on a whole wheat low-carb wrap. Didn't work out quite as I'd hoped, the liquid in the tomatoes caused the wrap to fall apart as I took longer to eat it than anticipated! Oh well. Still tasted good. :) I had it with a handful of baby carrots and 1 oz of basil tomato potato chips.
