It's not lunch time here yet, but it will most probably be some type of veggie burger from Trader Joe's with horseradish hummus and a round thin bread if I can find some at my local bread thrift store in the whole wheat version.

I will be making and eating a chicken ranch wrap - whole wheat tortilla, romaine lettuce, carrots, and red cabbage, grilled chicken cut up, ranch dressing, and some cheese.

Yes, Im a binger. Started out with a diet frozen meal that I added extra spinach to. Then I noticed there was a small amount of tuna salad leftover from hubbys lunch, so I put that on a piece of whole bread & ate it. Then I noticed, that there was less than a half of bag of chips left soo I polished them off along with dip. Then I was so full I felt miserable. This lunch routine goes on almost daily.I wish I could control it, Im good at breakfast & dinner..its the lunchtime binge thats hurting me.

I need to go shopping! Ate cleanup with a sandwich made of two heels of sprouted grain bread with two wedges of garlic and herb laughing cow cheese, some lemon hummus, and nutritional yeast. Frozen grapes on the side and a square of dove dark chocolate for dessert.

Went to Whole Foods and made myself a spinach salad with tomatoes, broccoli, red peppers, edamame, peas, chickpeas, sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, and balsamic vinegar. Whole wheat bun on the side!

A homemade baked rissole (make with orange sweet potato, pumpkin, green lentils, grated carrot, diced onion, wheat germ, allspice, salt and pepper)

I made the rissole mixture on the weekend & froze it single portion sizes.

It was tasty and high in fibre
