Friday is "Jimmy John's Friday" at work, and I typically just order whatever, but today I planned ahead, check the website and ordered the Turkey TOM w/o mayo, no chips, no drink, but I brought in veggies and water to go with it.

big bowl of sping mix salad with a big handful of shredded carrots and a handful of grape tomatoes topped with one TB of light greek vinaigrette dressing. Then a handful of cherries and a banana for lunch.
A bed of baby lettuces topped with 1/2 cup of home made chili, some salsa, a teaspoon of sour cream,a serving of home made oven toasted tortilla chips, and a small bit of shredded cheddar cheese. YUM !
