Had to buy lunch today- went to Au Bon Pain for a Grilled Chicken Ceasar Asiago salad and an 8oz. cup of Clam Chowder. Not my best day, but certainly could be a whole lot worse.

Homemade soup- roasted broccoli and cauliflower with cheddar.

Stats: Female, 5'4", 28 years old.

Goal: From 152 (07/24/2011) to 125 by December, 2011. DONE! December 4th weighed in at 124. In 2012 I've been maintaining around 122, which is a thirty pound loss. My BMI has gone from 26.1 to 20.9 since following the Spark plan!

I had a Zone pizza crust topped with roasted yellow and green squash, roasted tomatoes, a couple spoonfuls of Trader Joes Bruschetta, a teaspoon of grated Parmesan and a drizzle of Evoo.

Getting ready to head to Taco Bell. I eat there just about every day. Today it will be a fresco hard shell (150 calories) and a fresco chicken burrito. (350 calories) I really shouldn't do the fast food thing but it's right across from my job and I'm too lazy to pack a lunch. emoticon
