3 oz tuna with 1 T mayo and half a stalk of celery
the rest of the celery stalk and 1/2 red pepper sliced
1 plum tomato
2 WASA crisp breads
1 avocado - I was only going to eat half but it was sooooooo good!

I went over in calories and fats for my daily totals with that avocado but it was REALLY good. I'll go a little lighter tomorrow!

I saw that Lean Cuisine came out with salad toppers recently. I really like salads but making a salad to take to work is too much chopping and restaurant salads are too expensive and often have hidden calories. I really hate wilted lettuce, too, so salad leftovers aren't my thing.

So I found these new "salad additions" in the freezer case at Walmart. (Local grocery didn't have them yet.) I bought one of each of the 4 varieties. They were $2.50 and you just add your own lettuce. Had the first one today and it was pretty darned good! The only thing I will do differently tomorrow is that you have to microwave the chicken & veggie part, and I would do that a half hour or so before I eat so I'm not putting hot veggies on my salad. The dressing they provided was YUMMY. Hooray for portion control!!

Packed a mix of spring greens, romaine and grape tomatoes. In a seperate container I packed a drained can of tuna, 2 tbs light italian dressing, and a squirt of lemon juice and siracha.

At lunchtime I will top the salad with the tuna mixture...yum!
