I made a soup with vegetable broth, noodles, celery and carrots. Like chicken soup without the chicken or broth. I also had a small cup of peaches in water, no sugar added. Someone brought an apple pie to work, told them no thanks at lunch time, I'm dieting and I'm serious. They said you can't say no, but I did, working too hard on weight loss right now.
"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.
