1 flour tortilla
2 tbsp of tomato sauce
1/4 cup spinach
Onions
Bell peppers
Roma tomatoes
1/4 cup 6 Cheese Italian blend
1 slice of spicy salami

Only 320 cals, and SO yummy!

2 medium sliced wholewheat bread with a scrapping of soy spread, a slice of ham, a slice of low fat cheddar (I buy my cheese ready sliced for portion control) and a teaspoon of sandwich pickle, plus an apple. (Lunch is the only time I usually eat bread)

Today I finished up a salad made with arugula, green peppers, cucumbers, chickpeas, grape tomatoes and feta. The dressing was just olive oil and lemon juice. Delicious!
