2 medium sliced wholewheat bread with a scrapping of soy spread, a slice of ham, a slice of low fat cheddar (I buy my cheese ready sliced for portion control) and a teaspoon of sandwich pickle, plus an apple. (Lunch is the only time I usually eat bread)
