Lean roast beef sandwich on Healthy Life bread with a slice of cheese and lettuce, some grape tomatoes and half of a serving of baked chips. I had planned a whole serving of the chips but was full before I finished so listened to my body and stopped eating!

A big salad with spinach and romaine, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, baby carrots, left over chicken, dressing made with a quarter avocado, grapefruit and a handful of almonds/cashew mix. A cup of hot tea. I'm so full I can't eat a wafer thin mint.

A small lemon pepper seasoned chicken breast, waxed beans with Molly McButter (tastes like butter, but 5 cal per tsp, its a powder you shake on) and a DelMonte cup of diced peaches in water, (only 30 calories!) Felt like I was eating alot, kept me full, and low cal. Good deal!
