Currently in the middle of an awesome salad - baby kale, baby spinach, onions, pepper, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, steamed beats, meatless chik'n, fresh local artisan goat cheese and homemade dressing that is EVOO, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper and chives and basil from our garden.
