Leftover pork roast, onions, mushrooms, carrots, and snap peas all chopped up and sauteed together with some honey mustard, and served on a homemade low carb wrap.

I decided to indulge in some of my most-loved foods (which, unfortunately, don't love me back) while out at a restaurant, so had roasted broccoli and cauliflower and summer squash and carrots, with brussels sprouts sauteed with onions and bacon, as a side to a grilled Angus beef burger topped with sauteed onions and cheddar cheese (no bun). The burger wasn't very good, so I ate less than a quarter of it (too greasy and far too much pepper), but it was just so nice to have a bit of broccoli and cauliflower again!
