Saw that my food for the day was lacking in calcium and iron. So I experimented a little: a cup of Silk Light with a T of blackstrap molasses. Together--120 calories, 50% of your daily calcium, and 26% daily iron needs. Convinced myself it was dessert... sort of tasted like an iced mocha:)

1 scoop vanilla whey mixed with 2X Yoplait Greek Honey Vanilla Yogurt mixed with 1 container Peach Yoplait Fiber One Yogurt with the fiber added in.

Cold Creamy for a hot night and has 40 grams protein. Plus I got the fiber cold healthy and I gotta find out if I can freeze this. Sure beats what commercial can throw at you.

I KNEW I wanted those pop molds that were on sale for some reason. would bang head but it is too hot to expend that energy.
