An Edy's Fruit Bar.. aka popsicle. So refreshing and only 45 calories! I ate it to cool down from the hilly 3 mile walk I took with my dad but since I've only had 1209 calories today, I'm going to have another one to cool down from the 30 Day Shred I just did. :)
