The wheels came off today, but I had been good for 2 months, and this didn't drive my weekly average way over...St. Paddy's Day feast. As soon as I was up this AM I was cutting veggies and getting the crock pot rolling. The evening meal was loaded with fat and cholesterol, but it was certainly tasty. Corned beef and cabbage with potatoes, carrots and onions. I used a spark recipe, edited for my particular ingredients. I figure I put away 3 helpings...I hadn't filled myself that way for a long time. I USED to live this way on a day to day basis.

Back on plan tomorrow.

I am going to have tilapia, 1/2 cup brown rice, and 1 cup broccoli. My tilapia will have a 1/2 tablespoon of butter, pepper, and some garlic powder with a tablespoon of shredded parmesan cheese. It is so yummy!

Casserole of sweet potato and leek, topped with Puy lentils. Same as yesterday!

Stats: Female, 5'4", 28 years old.

Goal: From 152 (07/24/2011) to 125 by December, 2011. DONE! December 4th weighed in at 124. In 2012 I've been maintaining around 122, which is a thirty pound loss. My BMI has gone from 26.1 to 20.9 since following the Spark plan!

I made a quick casserole of sweet potatoes, red onion and leek, topped with French lentils.

Green leaf salad with tomato topped with homemade salad dressing: olive oil, red wine vinegar, mustard, and a touch of strawberry jam. Also 2 servings of Gortons seasoned tilapia filets(each serving is 1 filet and only 80 cal). I have to say- super easy and really delicious considering it was frozen fish.

Life is a fatal adventure, it can only have one end. So why not make it as far-ranging and free as possible?

I wasn't very hungry for dinner so all I ate was half of my 6" Subway Veggie Delite sub with provolone (no condiments) on 9 grain wheat. Idk why I'm not hungry. Puzzles me.

A can of tuna pack in water, 1 teaspoon of mayo and 1 slice weight watchers 100% wheat bread, water with lemon.
