Egg salad & green salad.

If you go by the way side on an eating bing, just get up and start again. I always say I will be on a diet for the rest of my life because I love food. But since Spark People I can eat the right foods and not get out of control. Keep up the good work no matter what people say about you. Love yourself. Do it for yourself and no one else. This keep me going.

1/2 cup egg whites, scrambled, with 1/3 cup red peppers and 1/3 cup onions
and
5 homemade crepes! (100 cals each).

Went to a wine dinner and ate too much, but did better than I would have in the past.

Grilled portobello mushroom cap (seasoned with a little lemon juice, garlic powder & red pepper flakes), a small sliced roma tomato, and a cooked veggie medley of onions, okra, red peppers and jalapeno slices (steamed with lemon juice). Was sooooo good, so filling and only 196 calories :)

Gluten free crabcakes with veggies...

Starting Weight: 268 lbs. (November 2010)
Quasi-Maintenance: 165 lbs. (June 2011)
Goal Weight: 150 lbs. (reached December 8, 2011)

Size 22W to Size 4

Currently maintaining within 5 lbs. (+ or -) of goal. I weigh daily, but also use a tape measure and the fit of my clothes to guage how well I'm doing.

Crab cake from Harris Teeter (the "signature" ones are really good - just heat at 275 degrees in the oven for 20 mins - divine! And only 150 calories each)

6-Inch subway grilled chicken sandwich on whole wheat topped with spinach leaves, onions, tomato, black olive and hot peppers. Brought it home and made a salad with it where I added kidney beans and chick peas. Unsweetened Ice tea.
