We went out for korean last night. My one "cheat" meal of the whole week. and I stayed in my allowences(except sodium)! I had a half cup of steamed rice, half cup of rice noodles w/veg, 1 serving each of cucumber kimchi and cabbage kimchi, 1 cup of bulgogi and 1 small egg roll and 1 small crab rangoon. and lots of water of course.
I had 4 oz of Swai fish broiled, 1/2 c brown rice and a large salad, minus tomatoes...too many of those give me canker sores...:) I actually ate nearly all the calories I was allotted today! Waiting for my food to digest a bit, then on to my Wii for some Yoga exercises..
