Last night I had a meatball, some crackers and green onion dip, a pinwheel appetizer (tortilla with meat and cheese inside), and Scotcheroo for dessert. I was at a get together, that's why it's random party food. :)
I made a homemade cauliflower carrot ginger soup with homemade chicken stock. It was delicious. I also had a little side salad of arugula and diced tomato, with olive oil and white balsamic vinegar drizzled on top.

Tonight I'm going to a work party and have planned my food accordingly. I've already tracked the cheeseburger that I know will be supplied for dinner and one brownie from the batch I've made as my contribution. I have at least 150 cal of wiggle room to hit my minimum calories for the day and a few hundred over that if I splurge. Weigh-in is tomorrow!
